Rumour: Maruti XL6 facelift to be launched on April 21

The Ertiga is also scheduled to get similar updates and is expected to be launched around mid-April.

Maruti Suzuki is gearing up to launch the updated versions of the Ertiga and XL6 MPVs later this month. Now, according to reports, the latter could go on sale on April 21, 2022.

The Maruti Suzuki XL6 facelift gets a revised front grille and a new set of alloy wheels. It is also expected to get a few interior updates, including an updated touchscreen infotainment system.

Powering the 2022 XL6 will be the familiar 1.5-litre petrol engine. It produces 103 BHP and 138 Nm and will be offered with either a 5-speed manual or a new 6-speed automatic transmission.

The Ertiga is also scheduled to get similar updates and is expected to be launched around mid-April.
