Royal Enfield launches limited edition motorcycles and gear

Royal Enfield has just launched a new range of gear inspired by the Despatch Riders of the World Wars. In addition to the apparel and accessories, the collection also includes limited edition motorcycles that will be sold in India and select international markets. The collection was unveiled at Royal Enfield’s new gear store in Delhi’s Khan Market.

The limited edition motorcycles include the Desert Storm Despatch and Squadron Blue Despatch. The Battle Green Despatch will be offered as well, but it will only be available in international markets. These motorcycles come with a camouflage pattern and an embossed hallmark showing the particulars of its manufacture. Additionally, each Royal Enfield Despatch comes with Italian leather seats accompanied by a leather buckle strap to hold the air filter box. The bikes also get a matte black paint on the engine, exhaust and silencer. Royal Enfield will be producing only 200 motorcycles in each color. The range of gear includes apparel with war time designs. Materials like leather, twill and canvas in brown, green, olive, tan and blue are paired with regimental detailing such as epaulettes, plackets and gorgets.
