The 2021 KTM RC 390 has been spotted testing in India for the first time. The bike was spotted somewhere in Chakan, near Pune.
The updated RC 390 gets a redesigned fairing with a new headlamp setup and a windscreen. It has an orange rear sub-frame with a stepped seat on top and a single side-mounted exhaust. The test bike is fitted with a black alloy wheel in the front and an orange alloy at the rear.
The RC 390 is equipped with upside-down fork suspension at the front and has a monoshock at the rear. KTM seems to have beefed up the brakes with a larger front rotor and a single disc at the rear.
The next generation RC 390 is expected to get a revised engine as well. At present, the bike is powered by a 373.2cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that produces 42 BHP and 35 Nm of torque. It is mated to a 6-speed transmission via a slipper clutch.
