Owning a personal caravan has been a long-standing dream, and after years of planning, it finally came to life in the year 2021! The idea of having the freedom to explore without worrying about accommodation, hygiene, or food availability became even more relevant during the COVID-19 era. This inspired us to take the plunge and build a fully customized caravan that meets our travel needs.
We bought this Force Traveller originally a 17 seater (3700mm Wheelbase model) used from a guy in the year 2021 who had bought this traveller new in 2020. Due to covid the vehicle was not used for a year and had run only 11000 Kms. Due Covid aftermath and usual duration required for modifications, we got the caravan delivered to us in the month of May 2022. Before which the caravan was converted from Taxi permit to Personal permit and fifteen year tax was paid at Madhya Pradesh. On RC it is a 6 + 2 seater vehicle.
Our caravan was designed and built by Ojes Designs, Kerala - one of the most renowned caravan builders in Southern part of India, known for crafting premium motorhomes for celebrities. The entire build used first-grade materials, ensuring durability, comfort, and a premium finish. Every detail, from the interiors to the amenities, has been tailored for a seamless travel experience.
Premium Features & Amenities:
This caravan has already accompanied us on some incredible journeys across India, giving us the freedom to explore without any limitations and have clocked approx. 29000 Kms, primarily me at the driver seat since it's so smooth and just doesn’t tire you out. Whether it’s the mountains, beaches, or remote countryside, having a self-sufficient vehicle like this made every trip an adventure.
Challenge:
However, the only challenge we face now is that, as educationists, we only get the month of May to travel. Because of this, we haven’t been able to use and enjoy the caravan as much as we would like, which is the only disheartening part of the experience.
Will let the pictures do the talking now..
