More images: Tata Gravitas with rear disc brakes spied

New spy images of the Tata Gravitas have surfaced online. The 7-seater version of the Harrier was spotted in Coimbatore. The latest images give us a clear look at the SUV's rear disc brakes.

The Tata Gravitas is based on the OMEGA platform, which is derived from Land Rover's D8 architecture. It will be offered with 3-rows of seats with the option of separate captain seats in the second row. Spy images have also revealed that the SUV will get an electronic parking brake.

Gravitas looks similar to the Harrier, but it has a more upright rear fascia to accommodate the third row of seats. The interior is also identical and features a floating touchscreen infotainment head-unit and a semi-digital instrument cluster.

The Gravitas could be offered with a 2.0-litre, 4-cylinder diesel engine producing 170 BHP and 350 Nm of torque. The engine could be mated to either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic gearbox.
