More images: Force Gurkha 5-door spied testing

The 5-door Gurkha would compete against the 5-door version of the Mahindra Thar.

The new generation Force Gurkha was launched in the second half of 2021. Now, Force Motors is gearing up to introduce a 5-door version of the off-roader.

The 5-door Gurkha is currently undergoing road tests. The latest spy images suggest that the 5-door version could get a different front fascia. The test mule has rectangular headlamps, a snorkel and black bumpers & fenders.

The 5-door Gurkha is likely to get the same engine and running gear as the 3-door version. These include a 2.6-litre diesel engine producing 90 BHP and 250 Nm, paired with a 5-speed manual transmission with low range and an all-wheel-drive system with differential locks on all four wheels.

The 5-door Gurkha would compete against the 5-door version of the Mahindra Thar.
