Mahindra Scorpio facelift interiors spied

Tamil motoring magazine, Motor Vikatan has obtained pictures shot at close range of the upcoming Mahindra Scorpio facelift.

The car is masked with black and white stickering all over the sides and the rear. The front of the Scorpio has got a particularly heavy cladding, leading us to believe that there could be more to the facelift than just a new set of lights.

On the inside, the pictures show a different dash design compared to the current model. The rear legroom seems unchanged and door panels look like they have been carried over from the current version as well. The heavy camouflage makes it difficult to spot more changes to the interior.

It is unclear whether Mahindra will make any mechanical changes to the Scorpio.

The facelift is likely to be launched in the first half of 2014 and should help the Scorpio maintain decent sales figures till the advent of the all-new Scorpio (W105).
