Lexus has temporarily paused bookings for its luxury MPV, the LM 350h, in India. The carmaker has stated that it has stopped taking fresh orders due to persistent supply chain issues.
The Lexus LM 350h was launched in March this year, priced at Rs 2 crore for the base version and Rs 2.5 crore (ex-showroom) for the 4-seater version with the Lounge package.
In India, the LM is available in 4 and 7-seater configurations. The 4-seater version gets reclining seats, a 48-inch widescreen display with a 23-speaker audio system and a partition between the driver and the rear compartment.
The Lexus LM comes with fold-out tables, heated armrests, USB ports, wireless phone chargers, reading lights, vanity mirrors, an umbrella holder and even a fridge. There is a dual sunroof, a touchscreen controller for the HVAC, seat functions, interior lighting, window blinds and audio. The MPV also gets a digital rearview mirror, a 360-degree camera and ADAS.
The LM 350h is powered by a 2.5-litre, 4-cylinder petrol hybrid powertrain that develops 247 BHP and 239 Nm. The engine is mated to an eCVT and the E-Four all-wheel drive system.
