Kia Sonet D AT's poor throttle response: Cleaned throttle body to fix

The throttle body, intake manifold and EGR are blacker than a coal mine.

Took my Sonet for its 50000 km service today. Took up the issue of throttle response with the SA. He casually recommended getting the throttle body cleaned. I had similar issues with my Activa some time back so just went for the heck of it. What came out was a big WTH moment for me! The throttle body, intake manifold and EGR are blacker than a coal mine.  Got the EGR, Intake Manifold and Throttle body cleaned and it looked like my office Canon printer leaking their printing powder.

The cleaning is supposed to take place at 30k as per the SA.

Sharing some before-after pics. I will be getting my Sonet back in 2 days. Thankfully, it is covered under Warranty.
