45,000 km service update of my Superb; 28 months of ownership

Ask them to skip wheel alignment and balancing as the tyres are getting replaced in a week.

Finally, it’s time for a 45,000 km service update. It took around 28 months and odd for this milestone. Decided to get the vehicle serviced at the usual SGA cars Coimbatore. Booked the same with my usual SA the day before and reached around 8.30 in the morning. Took the vehicle up on the ramp and inspected for any damages. I also have complained about tyre noise and the usual noise from rubber beading. We found that the front tyres were almost near their EOL and causing the noise. Ask them to skip wheel alignment and balancing as the tyres are getting replaced in a week. As promised vehicle was ready around 5 in the evening. SA informed that they lubricated all the headings and noise has reduced a lot. He also acknowledged there is still a minor noise from the sunroof and he said would remove it and check for any loose parts. Since I wanted the vehicle in the evening, decided to go back after some time. Noise has now by around 95%.

The total bill was around 16,500.

Again a 10/10 experience from SGA car's only qualm is they add a service charge of around 1-2% when paid using a CC.
