Hyundai is set to launch the i20 facelift in India soon. But, before the updated model goes on sale, the company seems to have made some changes to the features offered on the existing model. Hyundai has stripped some features of the i20 Asta variant.

According to the updated brochure, the Asta variant does not get speed sensing auto door lock, smart key, rear wiper and washer. It does have a rear defogger though. Further, it misses out on diamond cut alloy wheels and instead gets regular alloy wheels in a 5-spoke design.

In the Asta trim, the i20 is offered with a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with navigation as well as Mirror Link, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. It also gets automatic climate control with rear air-conditioning vents. While driver and passenger side airbags are standard across all variants of i20, the Asta gets additional equipment like ABS, fog lamps, rear parking sensors and rear camera.
