Hyundai Creta petrol automatic launched at Rs. 12.87 lakh

Hyundai has launched the Creta petrol with an automatic gearbox in India. The car is available in the SX+ variant and is priced at Rs. 12,86,618 (ex-showroom, Delhi).

The Creta petrol SX+ automatic is equipped with features such as projector headlamps with LED positioning, chrome door handles, shark fin antenna, 17-inch diamond cut alloys, AVN, rear parking sensors and camera, keyless entry & go, leather-wrapped steering wheel, fully automatic temperature control and child seat anchor.

Additionally, Hyundai has announced that it has introduced dual airbags as standard across all variants of the Creta.

Honda is likely to launch the BR-V in May. The car is expected have a petrol engine with an automatic (CVT) transmission. The Creta has been a successful product for Hyundai. With the introduction of automatic transmission in the petrol version of the car, Hyundai will attempt to see off the challenge its Japanese rival.
