Ford starts over the counter sales of spares in Kerala

Ford has started over the counter sales of spare parts in Kerala. Focuz Auto Agencies, located at No. 12/202B, Near St. Joseph Hospital, Manjummel P.O., Udyogamandal, Cochin, has been appointed as the distributor for the state by the company.

The start of over the counter (OTC) sales will be welcomed by customers who might find it inconvenient to visit Ford authorised service centres. This initiative will give them the freedom to buy genuine spares and get their cars attended to at independent workshops, thus enabling them to save time and considerable amounts on labour charges.

Ford is now planning to expand the retail distribution of genuine parts to Maharashtra, and East of India in the next phase.
