10000km & 282 days with my Harrier Dark Edition: Updates & observations

The engine has really opened up and is very eager to pull forward when the throttle is wide open. he mid range is now smooth and in Sports mode, the car literally flies.

BHPian theexperthand recently shared this with other enthusiasts.

Strider crossed the 10K milestone on 25th December (282 days after taking the delivery), during our last trip to Kerala.

The engine has really opened up and is very eager to pull forward when the throttle is wide open. The mid range is now smooth and in Sports mode, the car literally flies, if I drive with a heavy foot, and can reach ridiculous speeds even before we realize it.

I no more fear broken roads and small speed humps and the joy of dismissing them without even a thought is really something.

Put the wet mode to use during a recent trip from Hyderabad and I felt that the handling is tight and braking efficiency is better - not really sure if it is in real or placebo effect.

Driving report:

Got a can of DEF from Shell and topped up the tank in early December.

There is an MRPL fuel bunk opened near my home and I am noticing much better mileage when I refuel from them – for both my car and bike. The icing on the cake – the price is in part with the market price.

On a side note, I am facing increased “GPS Signal Lost” issues when I connect my OnePlus Nord 2T 5G, and is also noticing that the general accuracy of GPS navigation is questionable at times – have noticed multiple times GPS is hunting for the location and showing erratic data when the car is moving (at times, even when the car is stationary at a signal or junction). I have tried multiple fixes from the internet, but no use.

If any members are facing the issue and were able to fix it, please help me out.

After the December trip to Kerala, went to the Turtle Studio, Sarjapur road, and did a detailed wash, interior cleaning, and waxing.
