In October 2019, Renault sold a total of 11,516 cars, registering a growth of 63% compared to the same period last year.

Renault has launched the 7-seat Triber priced at Rs. 4.95 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
The Renault Triber is based on the CMF-A+ platform that is shared with the Kwid. The car measures 3,990 mm in length, 1,739 mm in width, 1,643 mm in height and has a wheelbase of 2,636 mm. The boot capacity is 84 litres, which can be increased to 625 litres.
The Renault Triber features a 3-slat grille with chrome inserts, which is flanked by projector headlights. It has a dual-tone front bumper with a silver scuff plate and LED daytime running lights. It has roof rails, alloy wheels and wraparound tail lights.
On the inside, the Triber comes with a dual-tone dashboard with silver trim. The centre console houses an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system that has Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. It has a 3-spoke steering wheel and a digital instrument cluster. Other features include keyless entry, engine start/stop button, power windows and air-conditioning. Air-conditioning vents are provided for both the second and third row passengers. The third row of seats can be individually removed.
The Triber is powered by a 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder petrol engine that produces 71 BHP @ 6,250 rpm and 96 Nm @ 3,500 rpm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. Claimed fuel efficiency is 20 km/l.
Safety features that are offered on the Triber include ABS, rear parking sensors and dual airbags. Higher variants get front-side airbags and rear view camera as well.

The Renault Smart Access Card locks or unlocks the vehicle automatically when it is less than 1 meter from the vehicle. It has a ‘Locate me’ function and a button to remotely unlock the tailgate.
