Zoomcar offers the Tata Nano at Rs. 19 per hour

Rental car services offer the convenience of a car, without the upkeep associated with them. Zoomcar recently partnered with Tata Motors and acquired around 50 Nanos for its fleet in Bangalore and Pune. If the Nano’s in city manoeuvrability and compact size wasn’t motivation enough, you can now rent a Nano at Rs. 19 per hour or Rs. 456 per day.

The service offers users a very affordable option for regular commutes, against a security deposit of Rs. 5000. The hourly charge is inclusive of 10 kms of free travel per hour booked with a surcharge of Rs.5 per km for the distance travelled over the offered range. Over a period of one day, that equates to around 240 kms of included travel, which is adequate for even most inter-city journeys.

Zoomcar offers a list of other vehicles ranging from the Ford Figo to the Mahindra XUV 500 to the Mercedes-Benz GLA-Class. The company also offers the all-electric Mahindra E2O at Rs. 55 an hour.
