Yezdi announces its return via social media

The company is expected to start its innings with the introduction of an ADV that could carry the 'Yezdi Roadking' moniker.

Yezdi has made a comeback. The iconic motorcycle brand has announced its return via social media.

The official Twitter handle of Yezdi in India goes by the name Yezdi Forever. The first tweet shows that the company is back in business.

While the Yezdi brand has been resurrected, details regarding when the firm will introduce its motorcycles in the Indian market remain unknown. The company is expected to start its innings with the introduction of an ADV that could carry the 'Yezdi Roadking' moniker.

The Yezdi ADV has been recently spied undisguised in a production-ready state. The motorcycle had a white fuel tank with black and blue stripes and the Yezdi lettering on the side. The fuel tank also had a glossy steel cap and a wing-styled Yezdi logo along with the “Legendary Yezdi” engraving at the top.

Powering the Yezdi ADV could be the same 334cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, DOHC engine that powers the Jawa Perak. It is capable of making 30.22 BHP and 32.74 Nm.

Speculations say that the Yezdi ADV might break cover officially on November 15, 2021, which marks Classic Legends’ 4th anniversary. When launched, it will compete with bikes such as the Royal Enfield Himalayan.
