Yamaha has launched the FZ-X - a neo-retro motorcycle in India. The bike is available in two variants – with Bluetooth and without Bluetooth, priced at Rs. 1,16,800 and 1,19,800 (ex-showroom, Delhi) respectively.

The FZ-X model is powered by a 149cc, air-cooled, 4-stroke, 2-valve Blue Core FI Engine which generates 12.2 BHP @ 7,250 rpm and 13.3 Nm @ 5,500 rpm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox. Stopping power is provided by disc brakes at the front and rear. The bike gets a Bosch single-channel ABS at the front.

The FZ-X comes in three colours - Metallic Blue, Matt Copper and Matt Black. It gets metal components on the fuel tank, side covers, engine guard, headlight stays, front fender, fender stay, and the grab-bar. The bike gets a telescopic fork suspension at the front with black coloured boots and a monoshock at the rear.

The FZ-X comes with a bi-functional LED headlight with LED daytime running lamp, an LCD instrument cluster with a power socket, and an LED tail light.
