Volkswagen Tiguan facelift to be launched on December 7, 2021

The Tiguan will now be available with a new 2.0-litre, turbo-petrol engine that puts out 187 BHP and 320 Nm

Volkswagen will be launching the Tiguan facelift in India on December 7, 2021.

The SUV gets a few cosmetic updates including a redesigned front fascia, a redesigned grille and a new front bumper. The rear of the car still features L-shaped tail lamp clusters with the Tiguan lettering in the centre. The SUV rides on new design 18-inch alloy wheels.

On the inside, the Tiguan comes equipped with an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment head-unit, 3-zone automatic climate control which can be controlled using the touchscreen, 8-way power adjustable driver's seat, a panoramic sunroof, ambient lighting and connected car features.

The Tiguan will now be available with a new 2.0-litre, turbo-petrol engine that puts out 187 BHP and 320 Nm. The engine will be paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and an all-wheel drive system.
