Triumph TE-1 EV electric sportbike testing to begin soon

The TE-1 EV is a project bike that is expected to provide the platform on which future Triumph electric motorcycles will be based.

The Triumph TE-1 EV electric sportbike will soon enter its first phase of testing. A rolling prototype of the machine is ready.

Developed in partnership with Williams Advanced Engineering, the Triumph TE-1 EV is not an actual electric motorcycle that will go on sale. It is a project bike that is expected to provide the platform on which future Triumph electric motorcycles will be based.

Head of Brand Management, Miles Perkins has said that there will not be any spy shots of the TE-1. However, Triumph already has some sketches ready and it will create bodywork to match the drawings that everyone could get a chance to see sometime by the beginning or middle of 2022.
