Tata Nexon EV Max claims real-world range of 300 km

The Nexon EV Max will be launched on May 11, 2022.

Tata Motors has released another teaser of the upcoming Nexon EV Max. In the latest video, the carmaker hints at a real-world range of 300 km.

The Nexon EV Max is expected to use a 40 kWh lithium-ion battery pack, which will offer at least 300 km of range on a single charge. This means you should be able to complete a return journey between Mumbai and Pune, Delhi and Kurukshetra, Bangalore and Mysore, Chennai and Pondicherry, Gandhinagar and Vadodara or Ranchi and Dhanbad on a single charge.

Tata is also believed to have upgraded the electric motor to a 134 BHP unit and the car is likely to come with a 6.6 kW AC charger.

The Nexon EV Max will also get an illuminated gear selector and an electronic parking brake with auto hold.

The Nexon EV Max looks similar to the standard model. However, the electric SUV will come with new 5-spoke alloy wheels.
