Tata Motors launches passenger car range in Algeria

Tata Motors has announced the launch of its passenger car range in Algeria. The Mumbai-based company has introduced Indica and Vista hatchbacks and the Indigo and Manza sedan in the market.

Tata Motors has appointed SPA Elsecom for distribution and marketing of its cars in the North African country. Dealerships have been set up in Algiers and Oran and ten additional sales and service centres are likely to be established by by the end of this year.

The entire range of cars is equipped with safety features like dual airbags and ABS. Tata Motors is offering a 5-year / 100,000 km warranty on the Vista and Manza. The company is also providing 24-hours parts guarantee and 5-year free roadside assistance.

Tata Motors has been selling its vehicles in various countries around the world since 1961.The company has presence in various countries across Europe, Latin America, Africa, Russia, Middle East, Asia and Australia. Algeria has been ear-marked as a focus market in its global strategy.
