Skoda Slavia could be unveiled on November 18, 2021

The Slavia is based on the MQB A0-IN platform that is shared with Skoda Kushaq and Volkswagen Taigun.

Skoda is likely to reveal the Slavia mid-size sedan on November 18, 2021. The car will be launched in January 2022.

The Slavia is based on the MQB A0-IN platform that is shared with Skoda Kushaq and Volkswagen Taigun. The car measures 4,541 mm in length, 1,752 mm in width and 1,487 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,651 mm. It is slightly larger than the Rapid but more interestingly, it's larger than the 1st-gen Octavia.

The Slavia will be offered with two engine options. These include a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine that makes 113 BHP and 178 Nm and a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol motor producing 148 BHP and 250 Nm.

A 6-speed manual transmission will be offered as standard with both engines. The former will get a 6-speed automatic option, while a slick 7-speed DSG will be available with the 1.5L engine.
