Official brochure of the next-gen Maruti Suzuki Dzire has been leaked ahead of its scheduled launch tomorrow - May 16, 2017. The leaked brochure images reveal the new Dzire's variant-wise feature distribution and official specifications.

The 2017 Maruti Dzire will be available in two engine options and four trim levels - LXi/LDi, VXi/VDi, ZXi/ZDi and ZXi+/ZDi+. All these variants will come with some standard features, including rear combination LED taillight, LED high mounted stop lamp, dual tone interiors, MID screen in the instrument cluster, roof mounted antenna, front accessory socket, power steering with tilt adjustment and safety features like ABS, EBD, brake assist, dual airbags, ISOFIX child seat anchor mounts and front seatbelts with pre-tensioners and force limiters.

The V-trim will further get body coloured door handles and ORVMs, chrome accents on the front grille, a full wheel cover for the black steel rims, and ORVM mounted turn indicators. The interiors will also feature additional faux wood and chrome inserts, tachometer, night and day adjustable IRVM, a 2-DIN audio system with USB, CD, AUX, FM/AM and Bluetooth connectivity. The steering wheel will have integrated buttons for the music system, while the 4 speakers will be responsible for the sound output. The V-trim will get keyless entry, rear AC vents, rear seat armrest with cup holders and accessory socket, central locking, electromagnetic boot opening, front and rear power windows, height adjustable driver seat and electrically adjustable ORVMs.

The ZXi and ZDi variants will carry forward the lower trim features, but will also get some additions, including 15-inch alloy wheels, leather-wrapped steering wheel, reverse parking sensors, rear defogger, front fog lamps, additional tweeters for the sound system, start/stop button, automatic climate control and electrically retractable ORVMs.

The range topping ZXi+ and ZDi+ trims will get LED projector headlamps with DRLs, precision-cut alloy wheels, a reverse parking camera and touchscreen Smartplay infotainment system with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and Navigation.

The third-gen Dzire will be available with two engine options, similar to what was found in the outgoing models. The 1.2-litre, four-cylinder petrol will churn out 82 BHP @ 6,000 rpm and 113 Nm of torque @ 4,200 rpm. The 1.3-litre, four-cylinder diesel will be rated at 74 BHP @ 4,000 rpm and 190 Nm @ 2,000 rpm. A 5-speed manual gearbox will be standard, while an AMT unit will be offered from the V-trim onwards.
