Media reports suggest that Ducati will launch two new bikes - the Multistrada 950 and Monster 797, in India on June 14, 2017.
The Multistrada 950 will be the entry-level model in the bike maker's adventure biking line-up. It will be powered by a 937 cc, twin-cylinder Testastretta engine that will churn out 111 BHP and 96.2 Nm, while being mated to a 6-speed gearbox. According to a previously leaked price sheet, the Multistrada 950 will cost Rs. 11.53 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
The Monster 797 will also be an entry-level model in the Monster range. Powering the Monster 797 will be an 803 cc, L-twin engine that churns out 74 BHP and 68.9 Nm of torque. Transmission duties will be handled by a 6-speed gearbox. The Monster 797 is expected to be priced at Rs. 7.82 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
