Real world fuel economy of the 5th-Gen Honda City MT: Quick 250 km trip

The fuel efficiency was outstanding for the trip and after the entire trip it settled for around 20KMPL.

Went for a 250 km spin on the Saturday (round trip) to the nearby town of Bokaro (Steel City). Road conditions are mixed. Surface is mostly good but traffic volume is high, so could not exactly 'cruise' for most part. The fuel efficiency was outstanding for the trip and after the entire trip it settled for around 20KMPL. After 110 kms and close to reaching Bokaro, this is what the MID was showing, which is actually pretty accurate, especially in comparison to our other car in the family, i20 Automatic where the DTE drops drastically for the last 70-80 kms.
