Porsche Taycan India launch on November 12

The Porsche Taycan will join its sibling the Audi e-tron GT in the Indian market.

Porsche is gearing up to launch the Taycan all-electric 4-door in India on November 12, 2021.

The Taycan measures 4,963 mm in length, 2,144 mm in width and 1,378 mm in height with a wheelbase of 2,900 mm. The car rides on 21-inch alloy wheels.

On the inside, the Taycan comes with a freestanding curved digital instrument cluster, a 10.9-inch touchscreen infotainment head-unit system and an optional screen for the passenger

The Taycan is powered by two electric motors - one for each axle. The Turbo variant packs 671 BHP and 850 Nm. It has a maximum range of 450 km on a single charge. The Turbo S variant has 751 BHP and 1050 Nm. It can cover 412 km on a single charge.

The Taycan comes with a 93.4 kWh battery pack. However, earlier this year, Porsche introduced an entry-level variant with a 79.2 kWh battery and a single electric motor.
