Pics & details: The Mahindra Scorpio-N Carbon Edition

The car has a metallic black theme. At the front, there are changes to the headlamp housings, radiator grille and bumper.

Earlier this year, Mahindra launched the Scorpio-N Carbon Edition to mark the achievement of 2,00,000 units sold of the Scorpio-N. The Carbon Edition is available in the Z8 and Z8 L variants of the SUV in both petrol and diesel versions.

The Carbon Edition features some cosmetic changes to the exterior and interior of the car. Here's a quick look at them.

The car has a metallic black theme. At the front, there are changes to the headlamp housings, radiator grille and bumper:

Headlamp housings, horizontal slats of the radiator grille and air dam get a lighter black finish. Radiator grille also gets smoked chrome accents:

On the sides, there is no chrome around the windows, silver elements have been replaced by black and the wheels are finished in black:

Window line is finished in black. ORVMs are body coloured:

Door handles gets smoked black inserts:

Alloy wheels are finished in black:

Silver insert between the body cladding and side step has been replaced by a black unit:

Roof rails have a dark Galvano finish:

Tailgate handle gets a smoked chrome insert:

Interiors are all black with contrast white stitching and smoked chrome inserts:

Engine start/stop button gets a smoked chrome ring around it:

While the leather-wrapped steering is identical in design and function to the regular Scorpio-N, the silver inserts around the buttons have been replaced by smoked chrome ones:

Doorpads are all black. Power window console is finished in glossy black:
