Nissan Terrano Sport Edition launched at Rs. 12.22 lakh

Nissan has launched a special edition of the Terrano called the Sport Edition. The Terrano Sport Edition comes with the 84 BHP diesel engine and is priced at Rs. 12.22 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

The Sport Edition is based on the top-spec XL (O) variant. It gets a chrome grille up front flanked by twin-pod headlights and L-shaped LED DRLs. The front bumper houses a set of fog lamps. It has a dual-tone exterior with white bodywork and a black roof as well as black cladding around the wheel arches. Additionally, it gets black and red decals on the sides and on the bonnet. The SUV rides on dual-tone alloy wheels. 

On the inside, the Sport Edition gets a dual-tone dashboard and a 3-spoke, multi-functional steering wheel. The centre console houses a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system featuring Nissan Connected apps, navigation and voice recognition. It also has rear parking sensors and rear washer, wiper and defogger. Other features include adjustable front and rear headrests, seat covers with quilted pattern and floor mats with red highlights.

The Terrano Sport Edition is powered by a 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder diesel engine that produces 84 BHP @ 3,750 rpm and 200 Nm of torque @ 1,900 rpm. The engine is paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox. The Sport Edition is not offered with the 109 BHP, 1.5-litre diesel engine.
