Nissan Magnite facelift teased ahead of launch

The Magnite will compete with the Renault Kiger, Maruti Fronx and Tata Punch in the compact SUV segment.

Nissan has dropped a few teasers of the upcoming Magnite facelift. The car will be launched on October 4, 2024.

The teaser images partially reveal the Magnite’s front grille with a hexagonal mesh design and a new taillamp cluster. While the overall shape of the taillight looks the same, the clear lens unit gets new internals.

The Magnite facelift is expected to be offered with the same set of engines as the current model. It includes a 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder petrol and a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol unit. The naturally aspirated engine is available with either a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT, while the turbocharged engine gets a 5-speed manual and CVT option.

The Magnite will compete with the Renault Kiger, Maruti Fronx and Tata Punch in the compact SUV segment.
