We always talk about negative experiences in life and the positive ones are rarely highlighted. We take these positive experiences for granted since we assume that we paid for them, so they have to be positive nonetheless.
I have always had great service experience for the past three years for all my cars. It was the Ford Ecosport at the beginning (now sold), then the Kia Sonet and the latest being the Kia Seltos. With all these cars, the service experience has been exemplary, cost-effective and to the point. No nagging, unnecessary cross-selling and cost-effective (none of my service bills has crossed 6K in these past years). The cars being niggle free and utterly reliable could also be a contributing factor to such positive service experiences.
I am sharing one such experience I had yesterday servicing my Sonet. The car has completed 20890 KMS in 3 years and it's a pre-owned car (bought at 5K Kms and when it was 6 months old, from a well-known used car dealer friend of mine).
