Mercedes-Benz GLE300d AMG Line launched at Rs 97.85 lakh

The AMG Line trim is now available across all three variants of the GLE SUV: GLE 300d, GLE 450d and GLE 450.

The Mercedes-Benz GLE300d is now available in the AMG Line trim. It replaces the standard GLE300d and is priced at Rs 97.85 lakh (ex-showroom).

The GLE300d AMG Line comes with sporty exterior add-ons like 20-inch AMG light-alloy wheels, a Diamond grille with the three-pointed star in the centre, AMG front apron with sporty air inlets, front and rear wing flares in exterior colour, air outlets on the rear wings and an AMG rear apron with diffuser-look inserts.

Inside, the AMG Line trim gets Mercedes’ latest MBUX infotainment system and a 590-watt 13-speaker Burmester audio system. 

The GLE300d AMG Line is powered by a 2.0-litre, 4-cylinder diesel engine paired with an integrated starter generator (ISG). It develops 266 BHP and 550 Nm. The ISG provides an additional boost of 20 BHP and 220 Nm. The engine is paired with a 9-speed automatic transmission.

Mercedes claims the GLE300d can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 6.9 seconds and has a top speed of 230 km/h. The SUV gets upgraded brakes in the form of larger perforated discs on the front axle.

Mercedes-Benz now offers the AMG Line trim on all three variants of the GLE SUV: GLE 300d, GLE 450d and GLE 450.
