Maruti Suzuki YRA spied undisguised

Maruti Suzuki's upcoming B+ segment hatchback, the YRA has been spied again without any camouflage, this time at an airport.

The YRA carries forward the design language of the Swift. It has sweptback headlamps with a V-shaped honeycomb grille in between. The front bumper is a simple unit with wide air dam. The ORVMs of the car are been mounted on its front door and have integrated turn-indicators. There is a wiper for the rear windscreen and the rear bumper houses the number plate and reflectors at the extreme ends. Higher variants are likely to get alloy wheels, daytime running lights, a chrome-lined grille and chrome door handles.

In India, the YRA is expected to be launched in 2015. It will be positioned above the Swift and will compete with the Hyundai Elite i20, Honda Jazz and Volkswagen Polo.
