Maruti Ciaz facelift bookings open on August 10, 2018

Maruti Suzuki will open its order books for the new Ciaz on August 10, 2018. NEXA dealerships across India will be accepting bookings for a token amount of Rs. 11,000.

The new Ciaz features revised exterior styling. It gets a new grille with chrome trim and re-profiled headlamp clusters with LED projectors and integrated LED DRLs. The car has a redesigned front bumper with LED fog lamps with chrome garnish. The new Ciaz gets new LED tail lights and machined alloy wheels. Apart from minor changes, the interior of the car is similar to the outgoing model.

Maruti hasn't disclosed the powertrain options for the new Ciaz, however reports suggest that it might get a new 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder petrol engine with mild hybrid technology. It will be mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. A 4-speed automatic transmission is expected to be offered as an option on select variants.

The new Ciaz is expected to be launched around mid-August 2018.
