Jawa 90th Anniversary Edition launched

Jawa has launched a limited edition motorcycle called the 90th Anniversary Edition priced at Rs. 1.72 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

Only 90 units of the 90th Anniversary Edition will be built. Those with existing bookings and customers who make their bookings before October 22, 2019 will be eligible for a lucky draw to decide who will get the limited edition bike.

The 90th Anniversary Edition is finished in a dual-tone theme of red and ivory. It features a 90th Anniversary emblem on the fuel tank and gets an individual serial number. The bike is said to be inspired by the 1929 Jawa 500 OHV.

The Jawa 90th Anniversary Edition uses the same 293cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that produces 27 BHP and 28 Nm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox.
