Jaguar I-Pace eSUV reaches India for testing & validation

The first unit of the Jaguar I-Pace electric SUV has landed at the Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust near Mumbai. The car has been imported for testing and validation purposes across the country.

This particular I-Pace is the top-spec HSE variant and is finished in the Firenze Red shade. In India, the SUV will be offered with one powertrain option (EV400) and in three trim levels - S, SE and HSE.

The I-Pace is equipped with a 90 kWh lithium-ion battery. Its motor develops 394 BHP and 696 Nm. The claimed 0-100 km/h acceleration time for the car is 4.8 seconds. The vehicle has a range of 470 km on a single charge (WLTP cycle).
