Honda has unveiled its e:prototype SUV concept at the ongoing 2021 Shanghai Auto Expo. The Honda SUV e:prototype concept previews the direction the brand will be taking with its future products.
The company announced that it will be introducing 10 Honda brand EVs in the next five years. The first of these models is scheduled to go on sale in China by mid-2022.
The e:prototype concept also debuted the third-generation Honda Connect technology. This feature offers users a number of functions such as connectivity, over-the-air updates, voice-recognition interface, vehicle operation via a smartphone link and other navigation and entertainment features.
Alongside this, Honda also showcased its next-generation omnidirectional ADAS (advanced safety and driver assistance).
