Checked out the Tata Curvv.ev in a showroom - My initial impressions

On first impressions, the car looks good - design looks unique. About the interiors, I will say that they definitely look and feel premium.

So, I visited the showroom and saw the Curvv.ev. On first impressions, the car looks good - design looks unique. About the interiors, I will say that they definitely look and feel premium. I sat in the Harrier after the Curvv and the Harrier interiors feel bland. The fit and finish in the Curvv were good. The doors had good heft to them.

The disappointment is that the floor is raised in the rear. It isn’t very comfortable for tall people on long commutes. I am 6'1" and in the rear I had enough headroom that on normal commutes I won’t brush my head, but on bad roads, there's definitely a chance I might.

Secondly, the gloss on the center console is a big no. It is scratch prone and shall definitely develop scratches with time.

Dealership expects test drive vehicles for the ICE version by 5th September post price reveal.

In conclusion, I am not disappointed. I need to take a test drive to clarify a few doubts regarding the steering wheel orientation and calibration, driveability in terms of suspension and ease of driving.
