Honda starts testing CR-V facelift in America

Japanese automaker, Honda has started testing a refreshed version of the CR-V. The car has been caught on camera in the United States.

The pictures show the car wearing heavy camouflage at the front and rear. Changes at the front include reworked headlamps, a new honeycomb grille with two horizontal slats and a new bumper with redesigned fog lamp housings. Going by the areas covered at the rear, we could see changes incorporated to the tailgate, bumper and tail lamps. From the side, the car looks to be unchanged. Other changes include alloy wheels of a different design.

The interiors and engine options of the CR-V are likely to remain unchanged.

The facelifted CR-V is expected to be launched in the US in mid-2015, following which it will be introduced in Europe. The car is expected to come to India shortly afterwards.
