Hero MotoCorp to hike prices by up to Rs. 3,000 from July 1

Prices are being hiked due to an increase in input costs.

Hero MotoCorp has announced that the prices of its motorcycles and scooters will be increased from July 1, 2021.

The company has confirmed that the ex-showroom prices of its 2-wheelers will go up by up to Rs. 3,000 from next month.

The biker maker has blamed the continuous increase in commodity prices for the price hike. However, in order to minimize the impact of rising input costs on the customer, the company has a cost-saving program in place.

Besides Hero MotoCorp, India's largest carmaker, Maruti Suzuki, has also announced a price hike from July 1, 2021.
