Hero MotoCorp is gearing up to launch a heavily revised version of the Destini 125 in India. In fact, the first image of the new scooter has already leaked.
The 2024 Hero Destini 125 gets a redesigned bodywork. The large triangular turn indicators have been replaced with smaller LEDs, set inside a new copper trim piece. The same copper highlights can be seen on the mirrors, side panels and around the taillights.
Black Pearl is likely to be one of the colour options that will be available on the Destini 125, while brown panels and seat cover add some contrast. The scooter has an LED headlamp, a rear grabrail with a pillion backrest, alloy wheels and a silver heat shield for the exhaust.
The 2024 Hero Destini 125 could be powered by the same 124.6cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine as the current model. This unit produces 9 BHP @ 7,000 rpm and 10.4 Nm @ 5,500 rpm and is paired with a continuously variable transmission (CVT).
While the telescopic front suspension will be carried over, the new model is expected to get a front disc brake.
