Getting the pre-delivery inspection done of my soon-to-arrive XUV700

The SUV already had a DPF filter clogged error & regen warning.

Did a PDI of my XUV700 AX5 Diesel Automatic. Took a printout of the PDI checklist here in Team-BHP to help me with the task. Decoded the VIN and found it to be an Aug-2023 manufactured vehicle. Most of the PDI went flawlessly except for a few issues:

1. The DPF filter clogged error and regen warning showed 5 minutes into starting and idling the vehicle. Found it strange that it should occur in a vehicle only driven 13 kilometres.
2. The engine bay heated up pretty quickly for just a 10-minute drive. Is this normal? Current owners, please advise.
3. Checked the dipstick oil level. Took out the dipstick and wiped it clean. Then reinserted to check the level. Found the oil level to be well over max (approx 1.5 inches over max marking).

Again is this OK?
