Ducati India is preparing to launch the Hypermotard 950 BS6 in the country. The Italian motorcycle giant took to its social media channels to reveal that it will introduce the new bike on November 10, 2021.
Powering the Euro5 compliant model of the Ducati Hypermotard 950, that’s already on sale in the international markets, is a 937cc, V-twin engine that produces 112.4 BHP @ 9,000 rpm and 96 Nm @ 7,250 rpm. Expect the BS6 model for the Indian market to have similar output figures.
The Ducati Hypermotard 950 weighs 178 kg (dry) and has a wheelbase of 1,493 mm. Its seat height is set at 870 mm. For the suspension, a pair of 45 mm fully adjustable USD forks handle duties at the front and a pre-load and rebound damping adjustable mono-shock is fitted at the back.
In terms of electronics, the Ducati Hypermotard 950 has a bi-directional quick-shifter, cornering ABS, traction control, wheelie control and a TFT instrument cluster.
