Citroen C3 Aircross bookings to open on September 15

The C3 Aircross will compete with the recently launched Honda Elevate.

Citroen has announced that the official bookings for the C3 Aircross will commence on September 15, 2023. Prices will also be revealed next month.

The Citroen C3 Aircross will compete in the heavily-contested mid-size SUV segment in India. It includes hugely successful models like the Hyundai Creta and Kia Seltos as well as the Skoda Kushaq, VW Taigun, Maruti Grand Vitara, and Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder. Honda recently entered the fray with the Elevate.

Powering the C3 Aircross is a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine that makes 108 BHP and 190 Nm. Initially, the SUV will be available with a 6-speed manual transmission, while an automatic option will be introduced later.

Reports suggest that the C3 Aircross is likely to be offered in a single, full-loaded 'Max' trim. Unlike other models in the segment, the C3 Aircross will come in 5-seater and 7-seater configurations.
