Benelli 502C pre-bookings open in India

The Benelli 502C will compete with the Kawasaki Vulcan S in the Indian market.

Benelli has started taking pre-bookings for the 502C cruiser bike in India. The booking amount has been set at Rs. 10,000. The ex-showroom price of the bike will be announced at the time of launch, scheduled to take place by the end of this month.

The Benelli 502C is a middle-weight cruiser that features an LED headlamp in the front and a short tail section. The bike is equipped with a digital instrument cluster and a twin-can exhaust.

The 502C uses the same 500cc, parallel-twin engine as the Leoncino 500. It puts out 46.8 BHP @ 8,500 rpm and 46 Nm @ 6,000 rpm. The engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox.

The Benelli 502C comes equipped with 41 mm upside-down forks at the front and a mono-shock at the rear. Braking is handled by twin 280 mm discs at the front and a single 240 mm disc at the rear.
