Audi RS 6 Avant launched in India at Rs. 1.35 crore

Audi launches the RS 6 Avant in India at a starting price of Rs. 1.35 crore (ex-showroom Delhi). India hasn't been a market favoring estate cars, but Audi have gone a step ahead by introducing this high-performance estate version of the A6 sedan.

Powering the RS 6 Avant 4.0 litre turbocharged petrol V8 engine that produces 553 BHP and 700 Nm of torque, mated to an 8-speed transmission. This car comes with Audi's quattro permanent all-wheel drive technology too. It can propel from 0-100 in 3.9 seconds and has a limited top speed of 250 km/h. Customers can opt to increase the speed limit to 280 or even 305 km/h.

The exteriors of the car feature large air intakes, Matrix LED headlights, 20" alloy wheels, twin oval muffler tips and a large rear diffuser.

On the inside, it features RS sports leather seats, a multifunction sports steering wheel wrapped in leather with paddle shifters and the MMI navigation plus infotainment system.

The RS 6 Avant comes with a wide range of optional extras that owners can add to their cars to personalize both - interiors and exteriors.
