Ather Energy begins retail operations in Ahmedabad

Ather will provide free charging at Ather Grid till March 2021 for all electric 4-wheelers & 2-wheelers.

Ather Energy has opened its fourth Ather Space experience centre in India. The store is located in Ahmedabad at Ambawadi, near Panjarapole CharRasta.

Ather Space is equipped with complete service support. The showroom offers an interactive space where customers can learn about every aspect of the 450X electric scooter.

So far, Ather Energy has installed three fast charging points in the city. These are located at Regenta Central Antarim-Navrangpura, Ophiolite’s-Sindhu Bhavan Road and Tea Post-Sindhu Bhavan Road.

The company will provide free charging at Ather Grid till March 2021 for all electric 4-wheelers & 2-wheelers and will add 10-12 more charging points to their network.

The 450X is powered by an electric motor that has a peak output of 8 BHP and 26 Nm. Ather claims that it will accelerate from 0-40 km/h in 3.3 seconds and has a top speed of 80 km/h. The 2.5 kWh lithium-ion battery offers a maximum range of 70 km on single charge. In Eco mode, range increases to 85 km. It takes 3 hours 35 mins to recharge the battery to 80% of its capacity. The battery can be recharged to 100% in 5 hours 45 mins.
