Another issue with my Speed 400 is making me question its reliability

I seriously have no idea how could this be possible all of a sudden but let's see what the Triumph service centre has to say about this.

BHPian Dtovio recently shared this with other enthusiasts.

I'm really starting to question the reliability of the bike in recent times. Starting with Coolant Leakage from the Engine Head to now the Oil Leakage from the Front Fork.

I rode the bike last 4 days ago and when I took off the covers today, found oil spilled on the floor. The right side fork was moist with oil and was dripping on the rim. I rode it for about ~20 kms to see the changes, it rides perfectly fine but the suspension has gotten soft.

I seriously have no idea how could this be possible all of a sudden but let's see what the service centre has to say about this.

Here's what BHPian 2legit2quit had to say about the matter:

Looks like you have a busted fork oil seal. Not uncommon with bikes that have USD suspension and are ridden in dynamic road conditions like India where dirt and debris can cause the seal to rupture and cause fork oil to leak.

Get the fork oil seal replaced and invest in a pair of fork oil seal protectors which will minimise the risk of this occurring again.
