7th Parx Super Car Show, Parade to be held on Jan 10-11, 2015

The seventh edition of the Parx Super Car Show will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2015 between 10 am and 6 pm. The venue for the event is the RWITC Race Course, Turf Club, Mahalaxmi, Mumbai. Entry for the general public is free.

Cars from leading performance car manufacturers such as Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, Aston Martin, BMW, Bentley, Audi, Mercedes and Rolls Royce among others are expected to be on display. Some superbikes are expected to be displayed as well.

The main attraction of the show is likely to be the LaFerrari, a limited edition, top-of-the-line offering from Ferrari. The car has an F1-derived hybrid "HY-KERS" system, which combines the power of an electric motor producing 161 bhp and a 6,262 cc, V12 petrol engine that produces 789 bhp. The combined output of 950 bhp helps the LaFerrari achieve a claimed maximum speed of 350 kph.

The Parx Super Car Show Parade will be flagged-off on Sunday, January 11, 2015 at 11 am. It will take the following route:

Turf Club - Haji Ali - Peddar Road - Babulnath - Chowpatty - Marine Drive - Nariman Point - Marine Drive - Peddar Road - Haji Ali - Worli Sea Face - Sea Link - U-Turn under the Bandra East flyover - Sea Link - Worli Sea Face - Haji Ali - Turf Club
