Force Motors has commenced deliveries of the first batch of the 2021 Gurkha across India.
The Gurkha was officially launched last month. The off-roader competes with the Mahindra Thar and is priced at Rs. 13.59 lakh (ex-showroom).
The new Gurkha is powered by a 2.6-litre diesel engine producing 90 BHP and 250 Nm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. The vehicle is equipped with a low range gearbox and an all-wheel-drive system featuring manually operated, positive locking, mechanical differential locks on all four wheels.
The 2021 Gurkha gets a revised front fascia featuring LED headlamps and a redesigned bonnet with a 'shark grille'. On the inside, the Gurkha comes with an all-black dashboard with a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system that offers Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. The SUV gets captain seats in the second row.
